There was discovered a quantum of a matter’s gravitation; its value was defined: k₁=5,0932•10^-53 (J•s). There was discovered a quantum of a charge’s gravitation; its value was defined: k₁=3,718•10^-55 (J•s). There was shown that both quanta are quanta of information simultaneously. It allows describing Universe according to Bohm model of nonlocal hidden variables.

We found that gravitational interrelation characterizes implicit twisted (hidden) pattern implying absolute movement of a matter relatively to superdense condition of vacuum’s planckeons; electromagnetic, strong and weak interactions characterizes explicit open Bohm order. Last one is caused by relative movement of a matter according to Einstein model of General Theory of Relativity. There was discovered gravitational nature of constant of fine structure (α). Also there was defined that α is a proportionality factor between value of a matter’s gravitation quantum (k₁) and value of a charge’s gravitation quantum (k₃), value of quantum particle of a mass (m₁) and value of quantum particle of a charge (m_1q), value of a matter compactification in superdense condition of a vacuum (k₂) and value of a charge compactification in superdense condition of a vacuum (k₄). We have was found that Planck’s constant is derivative of the gravitation quantum (k₁). Gravitational nature of de Brogliе wave of a physical body was discovered. It is superposition and expansion of aggregated packets of de Broglie waves of all exchangeable masses of matters (m₁) which physical body contains. There was shown that gravitons forming de Brogliе wave of any body, form its phantom image (gravitational phantom) also and create environment.

Such nature of occurring processes proves necessity of application of the term “time”, as a measure of a matter existence and passing of irreversible processes in it. These processes are accompanied by gravitons emission from a matter (a charge) and their absorption by Higgs field.

We  have established that gravitational energy of de Brogliе wave and a total energy of mechanical movement of a matter are equivalent each at any velocities of movement, including speed of light.

Also we have established that gravitation field is a converging field. There were discovered two dynamic laws of gravitational converging field and were calculated their constants.

In our work law of inverse cubes and law of universal interrelation of gravitational converging field is discovered. We have shown that existence of converging and discrete properties of the gravitational field exclude existence in the space of gravitational waves and black holes. There was elaborated unified model of the structure of the universe. This model is based on the idea of accelerated motion of a matter in a space. This motion originates through loss of mass by matter in a form of emitted from a matter (a charge) gravitons, and their absorption by Higgs field. There was found that accelerated motion of a matter in a space is limited with speed of light. Mass defect appears when coming close to speed of light; a matter (a charge) transforms as quanta of a mass (a charge) in superdence condition of vacuum’s planckeons. It’s the evidence of dynamic limited in a space Universe model existence.

There was shown that nuclear and electrical processes are characterized by full transformation of creating mass defect in movement of a matter’s mass (a charge). It moves with velocity of gravitons – speed of light. Unlike, chemical reactions and thermal processes of heat transfer are characterized with transformation of created by them mass deficiency in the movement of a matter (a charge). Last has velocity much less than light speed.

We have described main quantum-thermodynamic low of QTTG. It determines values of the space of a matter existence (m₁•k₂•C) and values of space of a charge existence (m_1q/α)•(k₄ /α•C) as manifestation of explicit open Bohm order in the Universe.

There was established that dualism information-matter is innate for gravitational field. Information is a manifestation, condition or version of gravitational field. It transfers by ultradense vacuum as gravitons absorbed by Higgs fields without any restrictions on distances and velocities. Matter is another version of gravitation field which exists as a matter and charge. Lasts were created at absorbance of ultradense particles by Higgs’ field during Big Bang of the Universe. It manifests itself in accordance with Bohm’s model of illocal hidden variables. We propose gradient of gravitational potential as a quanta potential, introduced by Bohm to describe integrity of explicit deployed and hidden involute orders in the Universe. This gradient has analogous properties and originates only between energy devoided ultradense condition of “particles-phantoms” of Higgs’ field and condition of any matter at any place of Universe. There was shown that influence of gravitational potential on matter allows to interpret it as an influence of ether. There was established that mass of any matter is a dynamic parameter of gravitational convergent field. It hasn’t per se physical properties and specific pecularities of mechanic parameter – a mass.

There was shown that processes of emission, movement, and absorption by Higgs field of gravitational energy are always define conditions of existence and movement of any matter and energy in the space of the Universe.

In our work the existence of equivalence principle between inertial and gravitational masses of a matter was proved. QTTG explains equivalence principle naturally in the borders of model of quantum particle of a mass (a charge) in the form of exchangeable mass of a matter (a charge) (m₁).

There was established that Special Theory of Relativity is a classic version of QTTG and gives correct explanation of processes flowing in the nature, but only in the case of velocities V<<C. Also we have shown that electricity and electromagnetic wave are consequence of interrelation between gravitational and electrostatic fields and manifest themselves as summary result of the gravitational energy movement. This energy exists in the form of separate gravitons, which are emitted by charges, and absorbed by Higgs field. It proves localization of  quantum particles of a charge, and their directed movement in the form of current or wave, as explicit open Bohm order.

We have proved that nonlocality is a specific property of gravitational field. It realizes through change of matter transformation time from nonlocal condition in local condition. It depends on distances, passed by gravitons, emitted from physical bodies, till their absorption by Higgs field of a vacuum. It is supposed that at collision in the Large Hadron Collider of two counter beams of protons, moving with ultrarelativistic velocities meeting each other will take place formation of quantum particles of mass (charge). They will transform in ultradense condition of vacuum planckeons. It happens as consequence of mass (charge) deficient, originating at these velocities. They will disappear from our Universe without creation of black holes.

The quantum-thermodynamics theory of the gravitation (QTTG) was created. The theory is based on the idea of material (charge) form of a matter existence in the space of the Universe. Irreversible processes flows in it. Emission of gravitons from a matter (charge) happens thanks to these processes. They provide materialization of a matter (charge) in the real world after absorption by Higgs field. Quantum particle was discovered in the form of exchangeable mass of matter (m₁). There was established its value: m₁ = 2,177•10^{-8kg.   The value is equivalent to Planck energy and mass of planckeon. Quantum particle of charge was discovered in a form of exchangeable mass of charge (m}_1q). There was established its value: m_1q = 1,589•10^{-10kg. The value is equivalent to mass of planckeon’s charge and 1/137 of Planck’s energy. There was shown that the value of exchangeable mass of a matter (charge) (m}₁) consists of gravitations’ oscillators. Each oscillator is dynamic system composed of two moving parallel towards each other or waving in antiphase for solid bodies: particles, atoms or molecules.
