Rimma Vedom, PhD in Hydrology, came to Canada in 1998; worked as researcher in NWRI and as a technical officer in OPG. Since 2005 she has represented herself. The technical solution of the water cycle integrity, functionality and sustainability as the basis for the environmental assessment has become her main area of interest.
In the current project titled “Functionality of the water cycle and its variables” the main focus is placed on the multi-functional complexity of the water cycle, its elements and variables; some ways to reveal functionality of each variable and the entire water cycle; the spatial and temporal interchangeability of functionality in different time- and space scales.
